The De Vere Training Company is all about creating future stars. We don’t just offer training in hospitality, but a whole host of programmes including house keeping, retail, front of house. The list is endless.

Born out of the success of the De Vere Academy, the De Vere Training Company works with like minded partners across a number of sectors to develop their workforce and help them realise their potential.

From nationally recognised qualifications to individual skill building sessions by industry experts, we want to help you train your staff and help them build confidence and skills.

We offer a suite of qualifications which we will help fit with your brand ethos and values. We don’t just deliver the basics, but improve the learning experience and really support our learners through their qualifications. All qualifications are fully funded for 16-18 year olds and 19+ apprenticeships are co-funded with the employer under the Adult Skills Budget.

We know what works in industry, that’s what we do. So we can tailor the delivery to fit in with the real workplace.

Up until now we have only worked with companies on a referral basis. This means we have impressed our clients so much they’ve told others about us.

Who’s who and what do they do…. 

You’re part of a big team. The De Vere Training Company will ensure that you have all the support and help you need to train your staff and build their skills. It’s a big job, so we have the right people in place to guide you and your learners through their qualifications.

The Management Team

The management team are on hand for any help and advice from first meeting and throughout the programme delivery. They are industry experts who understand how to help businesses like yours get the most out of nationally recognised qualifications. They can advise you on all aspects of what we do and will ultimately support the operational team.

Contract Managers

Each business is allocated a specific contract manager who will act as your brand champion, ensuring that what we do fits with your business and requirements.

Tutors

Each tutor will be experienced within your industry and will be the key contact for yourself and your learners. They will work out how best to support your employees through their qualifications adding valuable insight, guidance and skill building sessions.

They will work alongside your staff assisting them to develop and complete their apprenticeship in a timely manner. We will carry out an initial assessment which will look at the individuals existing experience and skills, the opportunities and training they need, whilst considering their learning style. They will also support each learner with any functional skills help such as maths and English.

We will ensure regular feedback and review sessions take place keeping everyone informed on progress and achievements. Ultimately supporting each person through the entirety of their qualification.
